The time for skepticism regarding our most basic acknowledgement of the real existence of the alien abduction, UFO, Crop Circle, and animal dissection phenomena is over. We must now embrace the reality of their existence and move on to establishing groups of citizens who will have the courage to attempt Contact with the one or more ET civilizations which are responsible for the existence of these recurring and well documented phenomena.
